We're happy to announce that as of May 4, Bluff Creek Dental will reopen to treat all our patients.
As a result of COVID-19, we have had to update some of our daily procedures to keep everyone (patients and staff) as safe as possible. You'll still receive the same great care from this dedicated team however, we ask for your patience and cooperation with the changes we have had to implement due to this pandemic.
If you have had COVID-19 symptoms, or have been diagnosed with COVID-19, in the last 14 days (see list below), please postpone your appointment for at least 21 days from the onset of symptoms:
- Fever of at least 100 degrees
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Chills
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
Curbside check-in for your appointment-Park in front of the office when you arrive, call the office when you are ready for your appointment and we will come to the front door and wave you in or call you when your room is ready (try not to arrive too early for your appointment). Wear a mask when possible.
Use the provided hand sanitizer prior to going back for your appointment. Practice physical distancing-We ask that only the patient being seen for treatment come to their appointments, when possible. People other than patients being treated will be asked to wait in their car while they wait. Special consideration will be made for caretakers of patients.
You will be asked to rinse with an antimicrobial rinse prior to your appointment-to help lower microbes in your mouth.
An important reminder that our office has practiced standard and universal precautions since before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and will continue with those practices. We will increase how often the common areas of the office will be cleaned and disinfected. Medical-grade air purifies have also been purchased.These recent changes in our practices have been made with consideration from both medical and dental organizations for the health and safety of our patients and staff.
